Dreamweaver files search tip?

I need to switch an image, which appears on several (of the many) pages of the site I'm working on.. the issue is that I don't know which pages...
Does Dreammweaver (MX04) allows one to search for all files including a given image??

    try a search through the source code of the entire site for the filename of the image (ie img1.jpg). you could also do a change sitewide links and change the image reference from your current one to the new one. i'm not sure if that'll work because i haven't tried it, but i think it should. i do that kinda stuff all the time, but i usually use the old search and replace
