What about liquids? Do you like liquids? I have drinks going all day long, especially water. I have 2 or 3 glasses of water in the morning, then a 1/2 glass of iced tea, then a cup of coffee/ espresso, then lots more water throughout the day... then maybe a low caffeine iced coffee in late afternoon... followed by water for the rest of the evening. Sometimes I'll have about 6 or 8 ounces of Diet Pepsi in the evening, with a meal. I don't think that stuff is very healthy, though, so I don't have it very often. I think I drink close to a gallon of water a day... lol

Oh, and I also limit my intake of salt, otherwise I'd be drinking even more water. But I'll tell you what, my complexion is better than ever, and I can now recognize the signs of dehydration. I used to drink a lot more espresso, and that stuff is quite dehydrating. So I had to learn that water was what I needed.

My mother was also like this -- Venus and Mars in Cancer -- but preferred coffee and coca-cola. That woman always had a glass of something nearby, just not water because she was a sugar and caffeine junkie. I'm just wondering if people with Sun or prominent water signs tend to be wild about liquids, as I am.

I've been told i'm naturally good at giving it lol...
