Greetings!
I have been flip flopping with vegetarianism since the end of last year.
I want to try and stick more to it.
I already cook sans "real" meat, but there are just some things I have a hard time getting rid of.
Fish being one.
I don't think I could get rid of dairy.
Any ideas to help make the transition smoother?

Re: Trying again.....
Tue, June 10, 2008 - 5:01 PMits difficult. i never did fully out the dairy. i quite often live off cheese. if you can find a good soy milk then thats a great a helper. otherwise its all a very slow gradual thing. take your time and cut it out s-l-o-w-l-y. dont just cut yourself off because that makes it really hard on the body depending on what its used to. thats really all the advice i have for you though. i hope that helped a bit.
