            of course reese :)

here is some info on a new kraftwerk remix

Kraftwerk: "Aerodynamic (Kling Klang Radio Mix)"
Just before hitting the road for a world tour, legendary German synth-smiths found time to release this single taken from the Tour de France Soundtracks album. The hallmark Kraftwerk computer vocal is in full force over a tightly wound, top-heavy drum track, synth-organ and a minimal, percolating bassline sounding like the wise old uncle of Kompakt propulsion. In fact, "Aerodynamik" is basically a house track with slight electro touches rather than the other way around-- Kraftwerk seem very comfortable to meditate over a pulse these days, making a kind of trance music that people won't roll their eyes at. Their melodies aren't what they used to be, but this music ages so slowly, there's a good chance no one will notice for a while. Smooth and efficient, if slightly quaint.
