I have noticed for sometime, as a woman, that my monthly cycle brings more vivid and insightful dreams.
Even when awake, I am more aware of the 'unseen world' and even the subitites of this one.
I cannot speak for men, who are known to have a kind of 'ebb and flow' of their own.
Has anyone done scientific research on this?

Wed, August 22, 2007 - 12:12 PMHormones control everything in our feeble lives, birth, death, love, sickness, health, dreams, why not, it makes very good sense to me, we don't even know why we dream or is it really a dream or a slip through time, another good subject for you to post on, in Kabbalah, our souls ascend and our daily deeds are registered in "our" book, and while our soul is departed we dream, it keeps the body and mind occupied while the soul is away.
