The Temple of the 7th Ray is a burning man theme camp created to promote a safe space for Intimacy; contact and connection between people. This can, but does not necessarily, include sexuality.
Individuals in our society are increasingly isolated, even in the midst of a crowd, even with a long time lover laying next to them. It is irrelevant whether this state is by default or design. What is relevant is the effect; A person with less connection to others has less compassion for them. Conversely, a person who knows they 'belong' will make great personal sacrifice for the common good.
To this end, we are creating a space designed to promote "unity consciousness". We hope to inspire a desire to continue a life path that "includes others and includes ourselves" and continues toward towards fully embracing the Divine within us that we all share.
