Just out of curiosity...what did you folks study at UVA? I majored in Anthropology and Art History --two wildly unhelpful majors, of course. I sort of gravitated into tech stuff by accident. I'm a bit of a media tech/network administrator now and struggling to get my masters in Computer Science at night --realizing all the while that it's going to be my third useless degree. What can I say? I'm a slave to my interests, I suppose. :)

I was just down at the FL. State game two weekends ago to see us win. Ahhh, I loved the feeling of being back in C'ville. That place has such a warm charm.

Tue, October 25, 2005 - 12:33 PMI majored in Urban and Environmental Planning and actually work in my field...wow am I lucky! However, that was at the Master's level at UVA so I was more focused during my time there.
My undergraduate degree was in U.S. History, not exactly a defined career track....
