okay, so here on vancouver island, i have found some poplar buds, i am new here...so it's taken me a while to find the poplar trees, and now i've found them ! most of the leaves are out...yet fresh and wet with the medicine...and some are still red juicy buds. all u must do is take the buds and soak them for a long time (daYs) in oil...grapeseed or olive etcetera. do what u like. then u can make it into a balm, once it's fully RED, and then add melted hot beeswax, enough, yet a little goes a Long waY : so try a bit first, and only add more if necessarY.

stir it UP and then let it COOL. (inside a glass container preferably with a metal lid, of Course )

enjoy and use as a healing balm for just about everyThing...hair, skin, wounds, dryness, cleansing, u name it, it heals iT.
