Positively Beautiful is a local organization providing free makeovers to women living with HIV/AIDS. Through makeup, hairstyling and fashion they help to erase identifying physical side effects of both the virus and the powerful medications necessary to keep the disease in check.
Founder Dr. Heather Moroso and her team of local hairstylists, fashion consultants, volunteers and generous business owners hold one-day events that include a great deal of pampering: makeovers, flowers, dinner and a photograph of the results.
