Hi. I was just offered a potential opportunity by a friend to help him find some folks who owe him money. Friend owns a business, and it seems some of the peeps who owe have taken advantage of him and a whole slew of people. That really cheeses me, as my friend works hard for what he has, and these peeps can well afford to pay. They just won't.

I need some info on how to find people who are hiding who owe debt. I wouldn't bother anyone who lost their job or is low income; neither would my friend.

Can anyone give any advice on how to go about doing this, and for free. I'm not paying any of these sappy programs that promise to find folks who don't want to be found, there has to be other ways around this. Some of them are scams, anyway.
