A little quiet

I have been creating notes as part of deals I am working on. Mostly notes that are pre-sold or otherwise held so I am not a great source for a note broker looking for inventory.

Anyone else creating notes and want to compare details?

    Can you tell me more about "creating notes". I joined the tribe becuase it seems interesting. But have not learned anything yet.

    I just joined the tribe of "note network". I am a note investor who buys and sells notes if you have any you would like to sell or know anyone who is selling a note, please let me know. We also do simultaneous closes on new notes.
