i've always been a shorty (5'2), but at five and half months preggo, i've become a wide-y, too. i've been pretty sick and shopping is the LAST thing on my mind right now. actually, it's usually the last thing on my mind. i'm a hand me down and clothing swap queen. and unpicky in the extreme. and now i'm wondering what i can get on my big old bootay for the next doc visit. i'm down to a threadbare pair of sweats, the most hideous skirt on earth (but comfortable!) and a muumuu that shows the world my newly extra grande knockers. i don't really need anything fancy or formal -- i'm in bed most of the time. i'm just finding the loose skirt and dress and the sweats most comfortable right now. looking for a box of clothes to fit my growing bod, especially if you are short and have comfortable, relaxed lay-about type maternity clothes like sweat pants and very casual skirts/dresses that won't scrape the floor when worn by a woman with the stature of a forest sprite. maybe this is too specific. really, anything you've got that will work on a short frame will probably come in handy.
