hey
When i ride 20 or miles sometimes after rideing it feels like my ears are pluged like i went swiming. In the last few weeks i have been talking with friends about this and others get this i was told after a 40 mile rides and like me not all the time.Any info will be great,

Well that makes sence i was told when my hands go a little numb it happens to some and the cause for that was gripping your handle bar to tight. I never seem to do that but i have got into the habit off changeing hand position on the bars more and that seems to help that. I will try the ear plug and see if that helps. -

Road a mile and took out the ear plugs.Not hearing cars was to much to deal with.

Pippi i will try the microfiber headband. I think that will help the problem and still hear cars. -

Fri, August 14, 2009 - 3:40 PMi know nashbar used to sell these things that would clip onto the straps of your helmet that deflected the wind out and away from your ears to resolve this very problem .

Mon, August 17, 2009 - 9:03 PMThere are ear plugs made for surfers that block out water but very little noise (4 dcb) I wonder if they have them for cyclists or if they would help?
