I'm not sure if I completely understand your question, Quentin, but I feel compelled to respond somehow. "Radical" change implies to me the possible removal of things, people and relationships that are obstacles to your new identity. The questions is what method will you use to bring about this change? In my experience, though sometimes necessary, a slash and burn approach requires a lot of work repairing the things you destroyed without meaning to in haste. I think it's better to try gentle tactics first. Ask your heart to give you an image of what this new person you are becoming really looks like and then request that the universe, in her gentle way, help you move in that direction. Save the thrashing for when you truly run head on into an obstacle.
