What meat waits for you? I have never eaten a pigs head, but I am young yet. Who knows?

sorry. I grew up with it. we used it in sammiches like most people use tuna. of course, we also had fresh tuna to do that with...but really, best sandwich in the world is home canned venison mixed with a bit of mayo on white bread. no relish, just salt & pepper.
oh and about meat - my grandparents had a beef farm. I never tasted "store bought" red meat until I left home. Even now, I have trouble bringing myself to buy beef in the store, it just never has the right flavor.

Sat, February 23, 2008 - 11:42 PMYeah, I bought some specialty grass fed beef a while back. It was leaner, sweeter and cooked faster. Amazing stuff. Grain finished blows by comparison. -
