I Just moved to South Korea and I am try to find really cool things to do. Any one who has been here and saw something they loved please share.

    valley of the twelve faerie pools...

    soraksan national park, west side, nearest village is yeong-dae-ri...can stay at a minbak, lovely one by the river...

    arrive from seoul east bus terminal...

      Go to Cheju -do! It is the island at the very south where elderly women still dive very deep without tanks or scuba gear to get pearls, etc. If your korean isnt' too serviceable, you may want to wait a while though, as I speak Korean, but still ended up on a tour where the guide kept speaking the local dialect, and even several other Koreans with me were all laughing because we coudn't understand!

      Try to visit the DMZ, which is pretty interesting as well.
