Since 2000 in Mexico has been developed a big scene of progressive trance, with the discovering of the danish label Iboga Records, it was a new wave of trance taking a diferent way for progressive trance music in mexico city , all the djs, producers and organizers, find a diferent taste of partys and music style. After many years of growing iboga style in the country, now comes with the new Iboga Mexico Records with the colaboration of the iboga crew in denmark, and management by dj Vedant and Odiseo in Mexico. Making of this a door for all that people that keep going in the scene in the country such as artists, people, freacks and organizers and all the mexican progressive crews, another opportunity to expanded theire ideas.

The porpouse of all this, is to retake the nice and cool people in mexico the ones that really apreciated the scene and music, representing the progressive movement in mexico city.

Tabernanthe 2 was the first launch released in the 17 of july 2006 compilated by Banel and Vedant, with a nice respond of the people now is proud to anounce the 2nd release (Superstitions) a selected groove and fat tunes you can¥t miss this new compilation.

The boys behind Iboga Mexico, ensures with the listeners a journey into exiting sound adventures by Mexican and international artists, looking to establish further the progressive movement on the global music map of today. Artists on the compilation includes rising Mexican artists Odiseo, Gandulk, Trancemission, Jey and Ex as well as internationally established names such as Behind Blue Eyes, Flowjob, Symphonix, Cafu, Liquid Soul and Ace Ventura.The word Superstition comes from Latin the (super) ones, that above means and (stare) that it means to be.

Ever since the man exists, he has always had the tendency to believe in supernatural events, popular myths or inexplicable phenomenas.

The superstition is defined as a belief or practices in the tendency to be pronounced to attribute to supernatural, fenomenas causes that do not admit one natural explanation. All the cultures, without exception, count on beliefs, myths and superstitions. The primitive civilizations they have made rites and dances to the natural fenomenos like rain, the thunderclaps, the sun, etc. At the moment, although the dances to the Gods have disappeared, continuous believing in certain things.

The superstitions, are realities or illusives creations, allow that the human being develops faith mechanisms that, without a doubt helped to obtain their objectives.
