Well? I haven't heard anything from anyone? Was the beginning not sweet? I didn't see that one coming. But, it also doesn't surprise me. How else would they know the island so well.
And, why then would they just screw with the French chick? They could've saved her a long time ago. But, they left her to go crazy. Strange.

Now, to me it almost seems as if The Others were a scientific experiment or scientists that was/were left for dead. Or, on a long study and are beginning to lose patience. I don't know. There are just sooooo many questions. Thoughts???

It just seems crazy that they were able to obtain all that info on Jack, yet in the preview next week, Ben(the leader of the Others, i think thats his real name) really wanted the boat that Jin was on. Curious. I mean, they had a boat with an engine, but they gave it to Micheal(bastard). If he or they were so enamored with getting off the island, then why care about the sailboat. Brotha...I wonder if anything electrical will never actually make it off the island.

Why let Micheal and Walt go?

I really loved how they made Sawyer look like a hamster in a cage. "hey, you got a cracker! it only took the bears 2 hours...." Classic. But, that also explains where the polar bear came from. Why it's there is another question.

Honestly, I could fill this entire post with all of the million questions I still have, but I will let people discuss. Hey, there is still NO SHANNON! I almost want to change the tribe's name to DIE JACK DIE! He is really making me sick....what a putz!

I don't think they want to get off the island...it's their home. I'm not really sure what all is going on with them but I'm thinking they want to keep the survivors on the island so that they don't tell anyone about it. Their own little paradise? Evil experiments? Maybe they need them to stay because all the electromagnetic crap on the island made them sterile so they need Kate and Sawyer to keep the island populated

Wow, someone actually responded??? Thanks Niki for your wonderful insite. I really have NO clue as to why or what they are doing. What the hell is up with the Polar Bears? And the cages? And, what the hell was that black smoke that almost sucked Locke into the abyss? And, where is the huge robot/dinosaur that ate the pilot in the early episodes. It sounded mechanical when it walked. So, what the hell is up? Where is it hiding? What was the whole HUGE greek looking Foot statue all about? Every week, instead of answering questions, they just give you more questions to chew on! Bastards! But, I love them...

Experimentation!!! The bears were probably there for that reason. Each station so far has been an experiment of some kind right? That's the only we know for sure. What we don't know is what happened, why did they stop? The others may have forced them to stop. Didn't we find out the others are NOT a part of the dharma initiative? The guy that was originally in the hatch wasn’t apart of them.

As for the huge robot thing...I thought that was the strange black smoky thing that Echo confronted. But yeah, they haven't brought that up in quite some time...what, did it go into hibernation? One look from Echo and it decided to hide?
                  • This is the maximum depth. Additional responses will not be threaded.

One look from MR. ECHO and I'd run and hide! Yeah, experiments are definitely whats going on, but my question is WHY? Experiment for what reason? Clearly they have all been born and raised on the island, because that is what the creepy leader said. So many questions. Why not just give us some small answers. Anything. Like, what the hell happened to Walt and Micheal? Did they really get rescued. If this is true, then why haven't they all fled the island. It seems like that is their motivation. And, if they were born and raised on the island, how can they consider it paradise, if they don't know what "hell" or the outside world is like. I dont know.

                    Question: Who will die next???

My guess: Desmond. He's not a big character, but he's big enough that you would be shocked if he was killed.

Who the heck is Desmond? Shoot him now, I'm bored.

Jack is a retard. Stand over in the corner please so I can bring you dind-din, k?. Never mind we have people bigger stronger and with weapons who could make you.

Charlie? I guess Charlie should have watched the show last season because he's acting like he doesn't remember any of it. Gee Locke, where ya been? Oh yeah I ditched everyone to save my ass before the hatch blew but I'm not even curious what happened.

Sayid. I guess I missed the episode where he went deaf. Because he couldn't hear the gunshot on the boat or the engine that was loud enough to drown out the gunshot. Must have gone deaf from the same blow that knocked him stupid trying to set up that ridiculous ambush on the beach.

Sawyer? He's not even curious why Kate went so docile? Oh well she was in a skimpy dress and he is ruled by his glands.

Flashbacks. Are they even relevant to anything anymore? They used to have a point rather than fill up time.

Others. "We aren't the real enemy" Yeah, but you'll do. They probably are keeping their existence a secret from somebody. Probably the people that detected the electro-magnetic boom in the arctic last season.

Henry Gale. I wonder if this name was picked at random. The "real" Henry Gale travelled by balloon to get to the island. Henry Gale was also the name of Dorothy's uncle in the Oz books. And a balloon being the method the Wizard used to return to Kansas. It's a rather vague and obscure reference but I wonder if it was intentional.

I hope the writers realize that dragged out answers leave viewers simply not caring anymore. Maybe they'll get their act together during the huge hiatus.

On the plus side Battlestar Gallactica still kicks ass and hasn't disappointed yet. So there is at least one intense drama I can look forward to a week. Maybe they could hire their writers.

Thats funny you say that because my brother, who is in this Tribe, raves about Battlestar Gallactica. I guess I will have to check it out. Thats numerous people that I know who love it. Other shows that you should check out Hypno: DEXTER on Showtime! Fuckin brilliant! It's dark but humerous, and if you don't love it, I will never recomend another show to you ever. Also, Heroes. From what I've heard. If you're a sci fi geek, or a comic book geek, I hear it appeals to both of those tendencies. I saw the last half of an episode on Monday and I have no idea whats going on, but it was good. Even with my little knowledge of the show so far. That is all. Your captain signing off.

I've been neglectful of Tribe, and can't bring myself to care much about Lost. I still watch it, but it just doesn't grab me this year like it has in the past.

Maybe when it comes back in February I will care more, but by then I will be in full "man crush on Jack Bauer" mode.

Matimus, whats up buddy? Hey, if it's a great show you are looking for, seriously try Dexter. Now it is on Showtime, but you can download every episode off of Itunes or something like that. Or, go to Showtime.com. It is a must see. THE BEST NEW SHOW ON TV!! I'm pushing it because I'm trying to save it from that ratings monster that Showtime abides by. It's not that the show isn't amazing, because it is, but not many people watch Showtime. Too bad. This is a phenominal show. Check it out everyone!

I've heard of that show, but I don't get Showtime, which is bumming me out right now, because I want to watch Masters of Horror too. I'll see about downloading it though, I've heard Dexter is pretty damn good.

It's like a mix of the movies Frailty(not sure if you've seen that one, but go out and get it if you haven't..amazing) and American Pshycho(but not as dark). It's such and insanity. You are actually rooting for a serial killer. You won't believe it, but you will. Brilliant acting. Tyler who is in this tribe, and in my Dexter Morgan tribe, uses Transmission which is Bit Torrent software. It's worth it. Trust me. No longer will you have to suffer thru waiting for the Season 1 DVD to come out. Tyler says that you can stream it on Showtime's website. I'm not obsessed with the show, I just don't want to see it cancelled like other shows on Showtime.
