Maybe this stat reflects the fact that Manhattan has more GARAGES!!!
B'klyn drivers have such a hard time looking for parking spots, they prolly have stressed away a few years here & there.
I know I did here in Park Slope -- What I wouldn't give for a Park-n-Pay at 3am or 4am after working all night.
