Some time ago I was asking some newbie questions about the fire fans , well I got them already and I also bought the instructional dvd from fire by riz.. it it amazing everything you need to start is right there.. well I actually use some parts of the choreography from the dvd and here is te video.

Tue, January 8, 2008 - 1:20 AMLooks great! Nice! Another move you could do is a figure eight with the fans and turning a full circle while you do the figure eight. It's a fast move, but practice and keep at it!

Wed, January 9, 2008 - 6:25 AMWonderful performance!! Your isolation moves are fabulous! Even at the distance of the camera I can see it! I think level changes help with fire performing. I loved the fans to one side and the barrell turns you did with the fans, very nice! Maybe add a little floor work. I think going down on your knees sideways to the audience and you can do a back bend with the fans both right above you spread out, so the audience can see all the wicks! I loved your performance! NOW YOU ASKED FOR THIS... TIPS TO IMPROVE HAHAHAHAHAHAAH!! SOME STUFF WE DID NOT COVER IN THE DVD. REMEMBER WHEN YOUR DOING FIRE YOUR IN POOR LIGHTING MOST IF NOT ALL OF YOUR MID SECTION WORK WAS VERY HARD TO SEE
OR NOT SEEN AT ALL.I'M SURE YOUR WORKED HOURS TO GET THOSE MID SECTION MOVES PERFECT.. WHY LOOSE THEM TO POOR LIGHITING.. EXAMPLE YOUR ENDING
BOTH FANS ARE OVER YOUR HEAD AND YOUR HIPS ARE FLYING WHAT SUCKED IS I COULDNT SEE THE INTENSE MOVES YOU WERE DOING.
TRY DROPING ONE FAN TO YOUR SIDE THAT WILL PROVIDE THE LIGHT NEEDED SO EVERYONE CAN SEE WHAT YOU ARE DOING DOWN THERE..
RE WATCH THE PERFORMANCE PART OF THE DVD YOU WILL SEE THE DANCERS
DROP A FAN AND USE IT TO FRAME THEIR MID SECTION TO PROVIDE GOOD LIGHTING
YOU WILL ALSO SEE THE OTHER DANCER ( DROP LOW AND HOLD A POSE JUST TO PROVIDE GOOD LIGHTING TO SHOW THE INTENSE MID SECTION WORK THE OTHER DANCER IS DOING!!
AGAIN GREAT VIDEO.. LOVED IT!! CANT WAIT TO SE WHAT YOU POST IN A FEW MONTHS!!!

It is so wonderful to see other bellydancers perform with fire. I so often see fire dancers dance with fans, and of course they are beautiful, but to see a bellydancer add fans to her routine speaks to my heart and my passion :)
