Abandoned places in greater los angeles

Hello. i am a photography student at USC and doing my honors thesis in photography on abandoned places in the greater los angeles area. i know of a few but i am finding that those that have barbwire fences around them are impossible to get into. so i was wondering if anyone knew of any locations that are abandoned but possible to enter.

any and all help is greatly appreciated.

    I took a look see at your profile, There is not a whole lot about yourself. How do we know that you are not a vandal or cop? I recommend putting some effort into your profile. I know you are new, but a small list of interests or a few pictures doesn't take that long. Maybe a link to something that you have already established on, like a Myspace or an internet forum.

    Also if abandoned buildings are a interest to you I suggest getting an account for www.uer.ca
