at sight reading. Was a lot better when I was younger but I can still pretty much tackle both hands of a traditional harmony piece of music first time. It's when it gets into atonal stuff and very flowery arpeggiation etc. that I start to lose it.

Hi Gordon,
Good to see you here as well. I suspected you might be a good reader, with your (full time?) musical background. Know what you mean about losing a piece if it's impossibly decorated! I'm still working on getting left & right hands working independently, very happy with the steady increase of complexity as I work through the course :)
How about you, Rob and me getting together soon for a jam one weekend?
