Reptilian dynasties openly hide behind national symbols, most prominently as Hydra is bracketed by the Lion and Unicorn. Luckily for the black Masons, not even their own friars know Monoceros as an ascendant.

National pride as concern zodiacality, or the lack of it1, has no sense, as the zodiac has lost anything national if it ever had anything to do with nations. Of course, every minor kingdom would extol its own king and symbols within an already mainstream zodiac, as it happened throughout Poland, but the zodiac as we have it today has really nothing to do with nations as we know them.
