Re: adagio moves/poses
Sat, May 26, 2007 - 2:01 PMI would say that its best to find someone to play with who has a little more experience than you!?
But if you already have a balancing partner and are wanting to explore some more, then places like www.acroyoga.org, www.bongobolero.com or co.uk? may have some images that could give you some ideas!
Its difficult to know cus what you can do already determines whats a useful resource. Aussieland has soome good circus schools as far as im aware.
I found these vids had some useful ideas for me!
www.youtube.com/watch
www.youtube.com/watch
www.youtube.com/watch
Make a notebook, and possibly buy the acroyoga manual as a good source (though stretching focused!)
hope thats helpful

Re: adagio moves/poses
Tue, June 19, 2007 - 5:58 AMthere are some poses in the tutorials-section of www.feuershow.de
There is also a downloadable book at www.multimania.com/borella/...ricks.pdf , but it's in German. I know there also exists a dutch version of it, but I don't have a link to it.
Hope it helps a bit :)

Mon, April 7, 2008 - 8:13 AMhey anthea,
i guess jesse's right by saying to practice is much better than to take it from pics ...

but if you do need explicit things i can try to find out some...
would you please call on me the next days again if you`re further interested -
cause sometimes i`m busy and then i might forget
or taka a look on the acrodance-site or germany.tribe.net/acrodance ...
