The folks from AcroYoga are in town from San Francisco and are teaching a bunch of workshops around SoCal. While there is a healthy dose of yoga mixed in there (nothing wrong with that), we've learned some unique acro moves with them (and we hang out at the santa monica beach where we see this stuff all the time...)
