Tongue swollen, glaringly red, thin greasy yellow coat in middle jiao section suggests damp heat in the spleen; sores & teeth marks along edges & general tongue condition suggest massive heat/fire throughout body, Purplish base in lower jiao area suggest Liver Qi/Blood stagnation, teeth barely visible around edges suggest long term Kidney deficiency. Talk about a complex case!
