I would definitely agree. There are so many little ways to help with alleviating discomfort or stress while at work....stretches at your desk, a little chamomile tea for nerves, instead of loading up on more coffee. Or just breathing; the simplest thing.

      True La Donna,
Physical health can definatley be approached holisticly instead of "overdosing" on addictive substances. It will make you feel energetic for a short while in the day, but it's a fake energetic feeling. Then the energy high crashes.

How do you feel about natural supplemets to assist health? Such as vitamin B to relieve stress?
Your suggestion of Chamomile tea is excellent though. I love Chamomile tea, i sleep excellent at night when i drink it,and i wake up feeling centered and leveled for another day of work.

        Hi!

I'm Ve. I enjoy cycling, spinning, yoga and or course dancing!! I don't eat meat nor chicken but eat fish for protein. I believe that body and mind go hand in hand. I find that when I exert lots of energy, my mind works more efficiently.

I use to take natural supplements, but they left me with an upset stomach. I then began the synthetic route with much better results. Now I get my additional nutrients through various drinks. And yes, I LOVE tea!! I drink green tea mostly.
