    for a much more in-depth look at Dashamahavidya than the one that is usually offered (a lot of books and sites repeat the same info basically), I suggest the book Sakti Iconography in Tantric Mahavidyas by Sarbeswar Satpathy - www.amazon.com/Iconograph.../8185094446 - it not only touches on the attributes of the Mahavidyas but it investigates the philosophy behind the system of Mahavidya Tantras' POV, and their nondual cosmology. good stuff IMO.
