The Koots performance is Friday night, February 11. There will also be an Anchorage workshop on Saturday from 9-11 a.m. Brenda is working the details. We need to find a place as Koots is not open that early. -

Re: Brothers of the Baladi- Fairbanks, Anchorage & Juneau
Wed, February 9, 2011 - 1:46 PMI'm excited...wish I could make all three workshops. For my students...please try to catch one if you can. Solid understanding of these basic rhythms and "the language of DoumTek-istan" is a CRITICAL element to becoming an intermediate level belly dancer. It's Basic. Fundamental. Absolute. (ok, I'll stop...GRIN)
