Integrity, being impeccable with one's word

Don't make assumptions

Don't take it personally

Do your best

I've been listening to the audio CD, better use of drive time than news etc.

My review: The beginning and end were somewhat heavy on the spiritual and include some imagery that may or may not fully resonate for everyone, but the middle contains a lot of gold.

Absolutely strengthens, and simplifies, some of the important choices in life.

If one must argue a point, try to establish and come to agreement on what page the relevant players are on first, before becoming too serious about the details.

Professionalism

It's always possible to increase one's professionalism:
to tighten it up,
to get to work a few minutes earlier,
to simplify or edit away some complexity,
to be more aware,
to be prepared for the next move.
