So, there are only going to be a couple food vendors....

So who's down for throwing down time/effort/$ on nightly HUGE batches of veggie curry to serve rainbow kitchen style? we'd need two gas turkey fryers, propane tanks, and extra pots for serving, big utensils, and a couple other things, but I think it would be great and much needed

any other ideas on large scale food? we could charge per plate, bring your own, or try and rent them out gaian mind-stylee

(if this builds up, I'll fund the vending area and most of the cooking equipment, and the ingredients should be farely cheap, especially with the farmers markets around here)
