fyi, after being called on the boat's loudspeaker, i was soooo happy to be reunited with most of the things that had been stolen from the main stage area. the only things missing are the lightweight fabric backpack, and the set of glow oggz the perpetrator was apparently after. fortunately, i had left my expensive gold watch at home.

thank you again for those that were responsible for picking up my items from the path and keeping them safe until we could be reunited on the ride back!!!

You know... Corey had his backpack stolen too. WTF? Is their a thief in our midst, or was it a random???

There wasn't much (or even anything?) in the way of access control. It might have been one of us (I don't think that 99% of burners would intentionally steal shit - but that leaves 3 or 4 of "us" at the event who would) but there was nothing stopping a local from traipsing over the trails and grabbing whatever they wanted.

I set down my sack of chronic in my bag on the main stage table!!! Smoked some new kids out- then two hours later it was missing except for a tiny nug!!!!!!!!!! That was mostly my fault for leaving it out , but I was still pretty surprised!!!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully some of that good energy jumped onto that guy and will hatch a conciouss in the future!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It all has to be the same person, but whatever!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also have a sleeping bag that says "rental" on the bag. I hope that doesn't mean it belongs to the campground!

Also, there were young locals at the main stage. I assume that's who did the thefts.

    Hi Auriel,

Thank you so much for all your help sister! So my cowboy hat went missing the first day and it has a cross on the front of it (the one pictured), does it happen to be the one you mentioned? Thanks =)

I found a book--"Secrets of the Temple" by William Greider at the campground.

Also, if anyone found a gold coffee mug with "REI" on it, that's mine, and it would be nice to not have to go buy a new one, especially after losing a silver one with "REI" on it at LIB!

    Hi Auriel,
I lost a blue sleeping bag...I'll give you a ring and if it's mine, I'll come over and get it. Thanks for all your hard work, not just loading your car with all of these things, but everything from the very beginning! You rocked it! Lots of love to ya-
    Big love and hugs,
    Lashes
