&lt;br/&gt;Push from shoulders, palm out, shoulder up, ear level
&lt;br/&gt;Elbow rotates up, leads up, shoulder pulls “rope” arm rises overhead
&lt;br/&gt;All movement is shoulder level and above
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Ribcage 8’s [no pivot, single plane)
&lt;br/&gt;Contract side, tilting rib cage
&lt;br/&gt;Push ribs down and out, scooping motion
&lt;br/&gt;Bring level, still to side of center line, tilt up, then slide down and across center

Try to get through the entire song.

&lt;br/&gt;Shoulder roll combination 
&lt;br/&gt;right shoulder roll (back, up, front, down), as the shoulder rolls to the front it pulls the body over to the left diagonal, 4 counts 
&lt;br/&gt;chest lift, roll down ending in pelvic tuck, 4 counts 
&lt;br/&gt;omi, lift right hip, release pelvis, lift left hip, tuck pelvis (full circle omi going to the right starting with pelvic tuck), use omi to face front again, 4 counts 
&lt;br/&gt;belly roll up into chest lift, 4 counts 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;slide combination 
&lt;br/&gt;step out to right as chest slides to right, plant foot, 1 count 
&lt;br/&gt;leave foot there, but slide chest to left back to neutral, 1 count
