Plumas Sierra rural electric co-op is a locally owned non-profit power supplier.
The wind project is near a large parcel of land that I own. I hope to co-operate with them in their requests for utility easements. I am in the beginning stages of planning a permaculture farm on my land.

Wed, May 27, 2009 - 3:05 PMSmall co-ops of maybe the neighbours in one city block would really benefit from working together to set-up and maintain an installation. Then I could enjoy the collectors on the neighbours roof without cutting down one of the biggest shade trees that grows in my backyard and attracts birds that the neighbours enjoy the songs of.
