hi, as many women know, the effects of child birth (or sex with a partner who is rather large down there) can cause loosening in the walls of the vagina. well i've been with such a person who is ten inches on and off for a year and a half and i've noticed a major difference in... yeah.. it hurt like hell for a while when we did it. i had to smoke marijuana just to enjoy it and now i regret this.. sometimes i may go a month, but nothing seems different and i read something about keigel excersizes and was wondering if those actually work to tighten the muscles.. i don't have kids and this experience makes me afraid of what i'd be like after children, lol.. please seriously any advice would be great. thanks

  • Hi Datura,
I feel for you. You are about 5'2", right?
Just know that there's a phenomenal amount of stretch down there, where your body has the ability to adapt to your partner. If you were to go to a 7 1/2" person, for example, then your anatomy would contract, over time, to fit.
In your present circumstance, you need to do all the excercise you can think of in order to maintain, and increase flexibility, suppleness, muscle tone, strength, and of course, strech. Yoga is the best for this, having a number of workouts specifically for the pelvic area. Or kegel, or whatever. Just so long as you do conscious streching excercises.

Having children should be no problem as long as you take control of your own body and make it healthy. You'll be able to endure alot, and then bounce back from whatever ordeal. I will recommend you see a local yoga teacher for specific guidance as to the moves you need to do.
    • affirmative. yoga. stretching.. along with the belief that you are in control of your body.. our bodies are made to accomadate these natural conditions.. might also be helpful to see what concerns you have beneath the surface while you're engaging in activities that you believe have brought harm to you (in this case have sex with ginormo).. alot of times our worries interfere with natural functionings and repair of the body. yoga can help calm your mind in this way, as well.
