ahh, all is well here, been through several little dance related dramas this summer....but weathered it all... mainly i rememeber what its like and relate to one of my closest dancers/students short affair with a musician who basicaly wants a wife who will stay home and support him, and doesnt realy get that there is some value in her own expression through dance.... ahh a short summmer love that was um unfulfilled, but created a high for one month none the less, and now a turning inward........ torward autumn, i have numerous stories of relationships with dancers, either of my own or of others that can usualy be broken down pretty simply into those who are comfortable with the art of womens self expression and well those that are not.
maybe im getting old ; ) i smile, because ive been there, and at this time, am simply not looking for a mans approval..... i welcome the turn to autumn, another year wiser.
