Hi everyone
If you are in the Austin Texas area there will be an:

Ambrosia tasting open to the public
Feb 7th 2009 beginning at 9pm
at the Gardens of the Ancients
4800 Yager lane
Manor Texas

cost- Donation to the Ambrosia Society
All Donations to benefit the Ambrosia Society
You do not have to be an Ambrosia Society member to participate.

        I sautee and then freeze muscaria to add to soups, etc. It really helps me to tolerate the cold, and it's a mood-brightener. No big woof.

        I've read the text about ambrosia, but never read any account of its effects. Could someone please tell me what effects it has?

          In short, it tunes your mind to a clean frequency, so you think and hear your thoughts clearly without all the normal static. It is a mild experience, but definitely one with great potential, especially since it has a reverse tolerance. The more times you drink it, you learn had to use that experience more effectively the next time. Imagine what internal work one could do with/on themselves once you start losing the static that distracts our thinking process. Eventually, it can become a very powerful, euphoric, and insightful experience.
