In one sense of consistency, we expect liberals to be allergic to personal responsibility and to seek every opportunity to be the victim. Here, Clinton does not let us down.
Clintons May/June 07 version of why she voted to go to war changed to her blaming GW for lying to her because as she said in a debate: "What I did not count on […] is that he [GW] had no intention to allow the inspectors to finish the job."
REALLY~!!??? The resolution to go to Iraq was a lousy page or so long and no where in it is there a mention of more UN inspectors.
Senator Levin tried to get such a provision in but it was nixed. It gets more interesting because Clinton (who now claims that more diplomacy was what she expected) voted against Levin’s proposal. She was present for 95 minutes of debate on the Levin amendment - - after which she voted to kill it - - and thinks you are too fucking stupid to wonder about her telling this massive lie.

AND just the day before the vote she spoke on the floor citing to what she called "intelligence reports" and described Saddam Hussein's WMDs and how he gave "aid, comfort and sanctuary to terrorists, including al-Qaida members." Her words~!!

But noooooooooo she voted for the war resolution because GW lied to her about more inspectors.

Then in 2003 she said about her vote saying: "We have no option but to stay involved and committed," that her vote was "the right vote" and the one "I stand by." WOO HOO~!!

On "Meet the Press" in 2005 she continued to support the Iraq conflict and opposed pullout or timetables saying: "We don't want to send a signal to insurgents, to the terrorists, that we are going to be out of here at some, you know, date certain." Her words~!!
And she wants it all three ways because now she says "this is George Bush's war. […] He started the war. He mismanaged the war. He is responsible for the war." Oh Cool Hillary and you only voted for it ‘cause he snookered you? Yah sure. LIAR~!!
There would have been no Iraq invasion without authorization from Congress. Clinton's vote was part of that authorization. It was her war as it was George Bush's war.

TRAVELGATE the LIE:
Chief of Staff Mack McLarty fired seven employees in the White House travel office.
It was sudden and the replacements – Close Clinton Friends & Relatives - really caught attention. Hillary LIED to the General Accounting Office, in writing saying that she had no role in the decision to fire the employees, did not know the "origin of the decision," and "did not direct that any action be taken by anyone[…]."
However, later Evidence of her LIES came out. A memo to McLarty and a written chronology prepared by White House aide David Watkins both surfaces after the Clintons had tried to keep it hidden. Watkins’ memo said that: "we need those people out and we need our people in" and had made it clear that "there would be hell to pay" unless Hillary got "immediate action." Even Robert Ray, (independent counsel) said in 2000 that Hillary's statements were "factually false" pointing to “overwhelming evidence that she in fact did have a role in the decision to fire the employees.”

CATTLE FUTURES.
March 1994, the New York Times said in that in 1978, Hillary had made a $100,000 profit on a $1,000 investment cattle-futures contracts in 9 short months.
You don’t have to be a wall street genius to know that cattle futures are highly speculative and returns like that are simply un heard of.

Hillary sais she did it solely by “reading The Wall Street Journal" and that she placed all the trades herself. The LIE was such a howler that even Hillary had to make up a new one. In the end it came out that James Blair executed 30 of her 32 trades directly with an Arkansas broker. Blair is a Clinton friend AND outside counsel to Arkansas-based poultry giant Tyson Foods. Tyson wanted a friend in the white house. Clearly.

HIDING THE VINCE FOSTER DOCUMENTS.
During the same press conference in 1994 as above, Hillary said:
. "I don't know that she did remove any documents," answering a question about who removed documents about her former Rose law firm partner Vince Foster - and why.
However 3 months later the documents showed up magically and Hillary gave orders to Maggie Williams that she should take them from Arkansas to the White house and then to Bob Barnett - - her lawyer.

Foster had been a partner of Hillary's at the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Ark. "I don't know that she did remove any documents," Hillary said. But it was reported three months later that Hillary had instructed Williams to remove the Foster documents to the White House residence. Then they were turned over to Clinton attorney

In 1995, the Resolution Trust Corp., said Hillary was did work dating back to the 1980s on Castle Grande (James McDougal and Seth Ward).

McDougal ran Madison Guaranty Savings & Loan. Hillary was the bank’s lawyer.

James & Susan McDougal were partners with the Clintons' in the Whitewater real estate investment.

James McDougal and Seth Ward ran Castle Grande – a real estate investment scam

Castle Grande it turned out was front used to launder money through Madison Guaranty. When Castle Grande failed it took down Madison Guaranty and costed the nation millions of dollars.

Hillary told federal investigators that she knew nothing about Castle Grande.
She was the lawyer / owner / financer of all of it.

How do you like the Chinese wall she erected. It’s hard to see over when it’s right in front of you.
However, it came out that at least 30 hours of Hillary’s billable hours were directly on Castle Grande~!! How could this be?

Well lets see: A Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. report from 1996 said that she had drafted documents that Castle Grande used to "deceive federal bank examiners."

Hillary's Castle Grande billing records was 116-pages and was 5-inches thick.

Interestingly the exact documents she drafted were used in the bank fraud. Coincidence?

They came out after 19 months of stalling a Federal Court which had issue subpoena after subpoena for them. The court got ‘em on January 4, 1996.

Hillary claimed that the billing records had vanished. Oh my~!!

Hillary’s aid Carolyn Huber, admitted that they were found in August 1995 next to Hillary's office - - - - ON A TABLE~!!

And then on January 14 1996 Slick Willie had sweet little girl Monica Lewinsky up to the Oval Office for oral-sex session #10. But that’s a different story isn’t it?
