In 2004 the number of warrants issued was up 85% (here: tinyurl.com/3ozvv5 ) under Bush. In 2007 the number of FISA warrants skyrocketed to 2,370 warrants issued. In 2004 they warrants issued were up 85% (here:tinyurl.com/3ozvv5) This is up from the previous year in 2006 which was another record breaking year for FISA when they approved 2176 Warrants – so says Blinky Pelosi.
