That is a TX oil energy company owned by Boone Pickens has ordered 667 Wind Turbines from GE at a cost of over $2-Billion. Pickens says it's only the first quarter of the wind generation project he's undertaking.
This one turbine field will be the largest in the country when built.

Cool, wind is the only "green" energy we have that is affective to day, in terms of pollution and cost

The leftists claim it kills the birds.

Some people are just impossible to deal with.

Big rotating blades are what they complained about and big rotating blades is still the heart and soul of a turbine.

Same with underwater tidal turbine generators.
Some handful of fish and birds are so important to some people that they are demanding that whole cities be rebuilt to accommodate them.

I say if the fucking birds find the turbines problematic they can fly elsewhere.
And the fish - - well - - they eat each other anyway so it's all food for shrimp, lobster, and clam.
          It's a wash.
