It's like he's hell bent on destroying US nuclear capacity both for weapons and for electrical power.
Then at the same time he's doing everything he can to let rouge nations like Iran develop nuke power for whatever the hell they want.



As an aside: Turning nuke material over to Russia for conversion means not a god dammed thing about their headlong rush for a bomb.
It won't slow them at all.

To stop them from building nuke bombs you gotta have feet on the ground and them opening everything up to inspection and outside control. Until you see them offering that up you ain't seen nothing at all . And Iran is not going to do that.
