I may have, at least in part, caused an incident in Salt Lake City.
I was on the cover of Salt Lake City Weekly, their weekly entertainment magazine. Wha?! Bib Fortuna's husband found out because there were a number of Christian's, of the evangelical sort, in front of Area 51, a local goth club. Being an atheist, he went to speak to them and they told him about the article. They had read about me in this tiny little article in the paper.
Apparently dark arts + witchcraft = sin. So they came out to save us. Bugging the hell out of everyone in the process of course. The club put a stop to it pretty quickly. They were largely dispersed by the time I became aware of them. I had to pass them by to put my costume in the car, but at that time I didn't know why they were out there. I was tempted to give them a dollar. But I ignored them instead. Had I known why they were out there, I might have been a bit more aggressive with them.
I kept trying to stay centered the whole time but I couldn't help laughing all weekend about how I nearly started a Christian riot in front of a Goth club in Salt Lake City!!!!!! Yeah, my head is pretty large right now, I'm probably pretty unbearable. If you want to see what the fuss is all about go here:

It's really just a small blurb, but it's my first review in a city weekly. And it's pretty positive, though it looks like it's largely ganked from my web site.
