Ah, with 4 years and some change to go, the effects of the timewave zero have been in full effect. I have seen first hand how folks who have been losing their jobs, have had time to reflect, and beautiful changes are coming from within. People really are tapping into their intuition and learning to love themselves, this is something so wondrous to witness. After working in Nicaragua for the last year, I find myself back in New York and wanting to wander freely again. Have walked lightly and lovingly in Oceania, Europe, North and Central America, and just dreaming the next phase of the journey. Part of me feels like, grounding in Mexico until 2012 is wise, as this is the source of the 6th Sun vision, although places like Peru and Arizona, reflect these teachings as well.
In closing, just looking to surrender, wander, meditate, work but just to live simply, not some hippie Mecca, but somewhere special like
Mt. Shasta, California, which I guess might border on such a "Hippie Mecca" but more of a vortex of great serenity...
Just want to put my feelers out there, I know my intuition will guide me to be in the right place, but if there are any kind souls, who may have found some special, tender, loving community, that has some fun but epic beauty, out of the U.S. before a possible 09' Mega Crash,
I would love to hear some opinions...
*DISCLAIMER- Just to throw it out there, I am not seeking a lecture on behalf of being an imperialistic source that is plaguing the world, I am coming in a humble way and just want to hear where some folks are at. If you are looking to take out your frustrations of how dense your earth walk is, just dream a new dream or, might I urge you to learn to write feasibility reports and begin to submit them to the WTO, private corporations, or your local body of government. I say this because I found some streams to become a "SUPER-CONSCIOUS" competition, of who is the most aware individual, I am not seeking your input. Something like, "Eating Ayahuasca in Peru for the next 4 years sounds amazing, I loved the people there!" is the tone I am seeking. So if you feel the fuzzy bubble to bust out a healing vortex, epic, if not, please just carry on... Thanks in advance...

When I was little, in about 1987 I was watching T.V. when the program got interrupted by a pirate broadcast. A voice over came on saying "THIS HAS BEEN THE FIRST ATTEMPT TO BROADCAST THROUGH TIME!"
It continued with filled vector graphics and real time photoshop imagry; The technology to develop these special effects was not in use until about 2001, and in the 80s, quite impossible to produce.
If from 2012, a signal was sent back in time then, the event vector would be subtley altered.
Events would progress from an altered 1987 through recent history and now on an altered vector.
The events which bought whatever scientific hackers together to create the signal might not fall into place. They might not meet each other, and the signal would never be created.
If the signal was never created then, there would be no alteration of coincidence in 1987, and events would accelerate along the original timeline. In that timestream, they came together, created the signal and broadcast it backwards through time.
Two vectors, two timelines, accelerating through paradox.
The surreality of the 90s, and the somehow non-bona fide element of the 2000s reflect that something is amiss. Deeply amiss.

What you wrote about is reminiscent of something Terrence McKenna spoke about. How if someone creates a piece of technology in the future, to contact the past, then the only communications possible would be from the future of the time that the machine was built, as there would be no way for the past to recieve the transmission unless the technology already existed. Which means 1) In 87' this technology already existed, 2) McKenna is wrong, either way quite interesting. Daniel Pinchbeck mentioned that if you take a step back, and look at our present technology it resembles our consciousness, so if that is the case, war and porn seem to be the driving forces behind our modern mass consciousness. Going back to what you mentioned with the communication, I would think that perhaps, 15 years is the vast generalization of how long it takes for military technology to go public. So from 87 to 2001 , seems to be about that span. How it happened, is beyond me. I feel like 2012 may be this number randomly generated to keep folks at bay until it's too late and the whole 1984, or 87' scenario plays out. For me, I feel like a major wake up call is at hand, and even if it is no more special a time then any other, I don't want to miss a second, live it out totally, and the word "sustainable" comes to mind. I would like to live in a culture, in a place, and in a mind/heart set that is sustainable, that is grounded, loving and has sustainable longevity. I now wonder if that means something simple like California, or something that would beckon me to where the Mayan pyramids are, or French Guiana... Seems like no matter where we go, our consciousness is the only constant, and even that changes, wish is a relief. since european colonisation< the world has been divided up into the north and south third world<fist world poor and rich countries>
life on this planet would certainly change if the first world was destroyed< the entire shape of life as we know it would be different
the iraq war started in two thousand three> having piled their dead children onto pickup trucks for the last six years< i am sure vengance is not far from their minds>
it may take them until twenty twelve to develop chemical or nuclear weopens capable of wiping out first world civilisation> the end of time>

Sun, September 27, 2009 - 4:18 PMI actually remember the "Broadcast through time" thing as well. It would have been about 1988 or 1989, one Saturday or Sunday evening - it was during one of those cheesy movies like "Romancing the Stone" or "The Jewel of the Nile" being broadcast on ITV. I remember there were some graphics, but not in the level of detail that you mentioned. What I do remember though was that the voiceover said "Greetings to you in *1988 or 1989* from us in 2026" and "This was brought to you by..." and then the name of some corporation. So making the big assumption that this was a genuine broadcast through time and not some sort of hoax by London Weekend Television this would indicate that in one possible future, 2012 does not represent some sort of apocalyptic event.
I've mentioned the 'broadcast through time' thing to a few people and no-one's ever remembered it, until I saw your post.
As concerns 2012, when I was in Guatemala talking to some Mayans who are familiar with their ancient teachings, their view was that 2012 is not the end of the world, rather that a new set of spiritual 'laws' will come into play. The principal one of these is the notion that we 'create our own reality', which is currently true even now. This will become even more the case after December 21st, 2012 as will other laws. Interesting times.
