Belly Dance Boot-Camp with Ja'Niesa: Tuesdays 8-9pm & Beginning Belly Dance Thursdays 6-7pm.
Get ready to sweat, sweat, sweat!!! Belly Dance Bootcamp is open to all dancing levels and guaranteed to make you and your body feel GOOD! This class will begin with a warm-up including stretching and stomach, thigh, and arm strengthening. From here we will focus on drilling the basics over and over again with a focus on quality of movement and mastering the building blocks. This class is perfect for the beginner up to the Diva!
