Labor Day Weekend
August 31 - September 2
This weekend will be celebrated with a lot of hard work. We will clean up the Ancestral lower lot and the Lower Parking lot of dead vehicles (take them away to the dump and make more room for future plans) and debris. There are many plans in the making for the area called the Ancestral Lower Lot; this is the first step.
BONUS: Pizza will be provided for all hearty workers!!
It's been a wonderful summer at Annwfn - not too hot. I got a call from Jack the other day and he reported that 65 pears were harvested from the garden pear tree!! Also, because it's been a mild summer, there are still strawberries on the Strawberry Spiral just waiting to be snacked upon or turned into a yummy pastry. The apple tree has been baring fruit galore! Tamar is making apple pie, apple crisp, and any other apple pastry you can think of! Ohh la la!!
So, next weekend, I will be at Annwfn helping to clear away the Ancestral lot of debris and get some good hard work in. Giving my physical love to this piece of Mother Gaea that we have been charged with protecting.

Oh! And have some of Tamar's famous apple crisp!! YUMMY!
