I was hoping that someone from the Annwfn Management Council would have given out notice by now, but it looks like I'll be waiting forever on that, so I'll go ahead and let ya'll know....

At the last AMC meeting (June 27th) many things were discussed. One decision is that Lughnasadh is canceled. Lugh will not be celebrated on Annwfn this year. The Caretakers have moved off the Land and neither the Land nor the Community are in a position to entertain any Sabbats at this time.

All Sabbats on Annwfn for 2009 have been effectively canceled until further notice.

If you planned to come to Annwfn for the weekend of Lugh (August 1st-2nd), please consider not changing your plans. Sam' Russell has arranged a Work Party where we will be cleaning, re-sealing, and re-finishing all the Goat Lodge wood (walls, floor, etc.). This will be the beginning of several Work Parties where we will invite the Community to come help beautify Annwfn - for the Community, for the next Caretakers, for the Spirit of the Land.
