I just received a special order black vinyl yesterday and it is wonderful! I love the fabric that we chose and your craftmanship is superb. I really love it AND the matching gauntlets.

Eep!! Need to build inventory!

So here's the deal... I've got to vend at Gothla and i have -no- inventory. In order to cover my costs, I have to have some...in order to have some by then, I have to make some... So...

I WILL BE TAKING CUSTOM & PERSONAL ORDERS ONLY UNTIL **DEC 2**. That's next Sunday!! So get your orders in!! After that I need to work on build my inventory to vend.

I will be sneaking out a few items for my fellow tribesters over December and January, so you can still get goodies. I just wont be making them personalized.

Things to look forward to:

- PANTS. There will be pants. Awesome sectioned pants with grommets, garters, buckles, leather straps... HOT!

- As I work on stuff for Gothla, I will be uploading sneak-peek pictures of delicious fabrics and items I'm working on. They'll blow you away ;).
...alright.. i'm so excited i'm gonna give you one tiny snippit of somephim I might be cookin'!

*shh* don't tell! *shifty eyes*

Hello Ladies!

I am soooo excited to announce to you that *drom roll*..

I WILL BE VENDING AT GOTHLA US: THE CONJURING !!!!

Yes! I managed to snatch one of the last spots they've got! And I am ~thrilled~!! It'lll be the first time I vend my inventory at a large event such as this. Wow, what an opportunity! I can't wait! In case you've been drilling so hard you've missed the ruccus over Gothla, here's some info on it:

I will leave both names up for a while so you dont look at your tribes list and go "wtf? what's that?" Do you guys like Aracenia Designs better? What do you think?

It's 4 in the am and I've got to be up early. Go to class. Finish some (awesome!) grey pinstripe sectioned pants for Brittney, finish a neat overskirt, get her said things before I have to get ready for SASHI!
Yes!! She's here in this lonely corner of Missouri for two performances at our goth club this friday night! We have an awesome DJ that went to Convergence 13 a few months ago, met Sashi, told her she should visit (or tricked her into believing we've got the best cookies on the planet), and yes! We're lucky enough to get some more California bellydancing goodness before the year is over.
Then I have to go home, prep my music and my costumes. Sleep. Drive to Oreet's workshop which is 3 hours away. Eat a bananna. try not to get frustrated. perform (once or twice depending on my troupe). sleep there. and drive back on sunday...
SO, sunday night I'll get more pictures for you guys :D
I'm sounding pretty slepp deprived so i'll leave you guys with some homework:
Tell me, what colors/ fabric types would you like to see more of?

Arm Warmers!

Yup, they're back and you can get them in four styles:

1. Below the elbow for $10
2. Above the elbow for $12
3. Below the elbow with corseted side $18
4. Above the elbow with corseted side $21

Only stretchy fabrics. Thumbholes are optional.
Multiple fabrics, trims and embellishments are at an additional cost, of course.
If you want to order, are looking for a particular color, style, or if you want a design made just for you, just PM me :)

Something about yourself...

So it's two in the morning and i realized that i don't know much about any of you guys... so I came up with a few random questions. You can answer as many as you want, but you have to answer at least three.

1. How long have you been dancing?
2. What do you like your bd clothes make you feel like when you dance in them?
3. What’s your one best/favorite move that you love to do?
4. Would you mind sharing a 4-8 count mini-combo with that move with us?
5. What’s your worst/most hated move?
6. Is there a quirky thing that you battle against (e.g. chicken arms, look at floor, drool, etc..) when you dance?
7. Share something weird about you.
8. What’s your fave bellydance cd? What's your fave non-bd cd?
9. What was the last workshop you attended and/or whose workshop would you love to take?
10. What do you want to ask other tribe members or myself?

I know I haven't posted in a while, but I've been pretty busy with filling out orders locally. I'll be posting some pics of works I've been busy with. Another update: there's a website coming soon... *shh*... its still in the works...

Hello everyone! My name is Daniela, and I am addicted to bellydance and beautiful costumes.
I love designing them, sewing them, wearing them, and dancing in them! But I also love making them for other dancers. It is always interesting to see how things are implemented in each dancer’s own unique style. So I started making things that I think would look really cool on stage or during practice. I needed a place to sell them so I finally made my own tribe to post n’ display n’ sell my beautimous dancythingies.

*~*~* The store includes unique items that will never be replicated and a few cute staples that will be made to your measurements.
If you find anything that you like but would like it in a different color, motif, size, or would like to change something in it (e.g tying method, etc...) just PM me and we'll talk about it. If you already have the fabric(s) and/or other accents you’d like on it, no problem. Just let me know what you want and how you would like it. I just want to make something you'll LOVE. *~*~*

I also know that Troupe orders can get pretty costly, so I offer a discount for orders greater than 3 items.
I combine shipping, of course. (I hate paying for shipping!) Just let me know if you are planning on buying something else and want me to wait and ship it all in the same box.

May special and shipping breakdown

**Alright, so for the month of may, you get a $5 discount off the total if you buy a long panel skirt and at least one more item OR your total (before shipping) is over $40.**

I'll have a different deal every month, but the arm warmer/armlet deal stands firm.
The longer arm-warmers (+10”) are $15 and the shorter ones (-10”) are $10, but when you buy them with a skirt (any kind), the long arm warmers drop down to $10 and the short ones to $8. This is just for simple, single fabric arm warmers or armlets with or without thumbholes. This does not apply to specialty arm warmers (e.g. ones with ribbons, grommets, multiple fabrics, etc).

As far as shipping goes, I try to make it as cheap as possible. So here’s my s&h broken down:
If the item is a single, small item that can easily fit in a letter sized envelope (e.g. arm warmers or cuffs) and cost less than $2 to ship, I’ll ship it for free.
If the item(s) are small enough to fit in a shipping envelope, shipping is $4.
If I’m gonna need a flat rate box, shipping is $8.
If I need more than a flat rate box or if it’s going international, PM me.

Getting back from Fusion Fest in KC...

OMG..it was so great... Great beyond belief... and now I return to ...essays. Many of them..all due this week. And I start choreographing a sword piece this wednesday.. so i'm pretty swamped till this weekend. I got to make some awesome pants before heading up to kansas city, so I'll be tweaking that design and seeing what comes from it. There are a couple workshops coming up in my area so I want to build up an inventory so that I can start vending at these places. I've also kind of decided to not do the same style/pattern (esp) in the same fabric more than 5 times. It gets really boring and I have a lot more fun finding ways to make a piece slightly different than the last. Plus, isn't it a lot nicer when you are getting unique stuff? Sorry this post has been so ADD!

Dangit! I've been thwarted again! I've been meaning to take a few pics of some fabric swatches, but no... my camera decides not to want to take nice pics at night. I will have to wait until tomorrow.. woe is me...
