    <summary type="html">&lt;div&gt;This was a fantastic film that discussed the topic of home birthing and how the practice of it was nearly eradicated during the 20s due to hospitals becoming more like businesses. It played in Blue Lake last weekend, now it's available on Netflix and should be out to purchase from their website in May. I recommend everyone take a look at this film, and take what it has to say into consideration when planning your next birth.&lt;/div&gt;

    <summary type="html">&lt;div&gt;My doula and awesome yoga trainer, Paula Scott, does a regular weekly prenatal yoga session at the Arcata Community Yoga Center on the Plaza from 5:15pm-6:30pm or therabouts. She also does a mama and baby session on Fridays once or twice a month. I'll post when I hear of the next one.&lt;/div&gt;

    <summary type="html">&lt;div&gt;There's a group of new moms that meets at the G Street entrance for a walk at the Arcata Marsh every wednesday at 11am. I haven't gone yet since it's a bit early for me, but I still may sometime! It's a beautiful place, I highly recommend joining them.&lt;/div&gt;

    <title>My Fears Relieved</title>

    <summary type="html">&lt;div&gt;When I first found out I was pregnant, the thing I dreaded most was giving birth.  I've heard such horror stories.  Thanks to my friend, Chrissy, though, my fears were relieved.  The way she put it, our bodies are made to give birth.  It hurts, but it's a good pain, something that is supposed to happen, not like a broken leg.  Each contraction accomplishes something.&lt;/div&gt;
