By a show of hands, what musicians/ bands do we have in the area? Or, musicians close enough & willing to travel to the Valley? We have Mid East Feast coming up FAST (Aug 23rd) and I'd love to chat with someone about live music!

Fri, June 27, 2008 - 1:06 AMThere is also Kosmos, Soliel Noir, Edric (plays with and without Traveler I think), Red Hands Tribe, Clan Nightwolf in Tucson who often drums for Midriff Crisis, The Az Drum n Dance folks who can bust some hard Afri-beats! Also there's Jason Wiedman and I think Of the Earth has music now too.
There's also 3 Trees in Sedona/Flag and another group in Flag whose name escapes me at the moment.

It's an SCA & bellydancing event - I'm in charge of the dance competition. I don't yet have all the details about the day (the schedule, how much dancing we'll have and where in the center it will be), but it is always a fun time. We are trying to bring musicians back to the Feast this year, so I'm on the lookout - so to speak.
