Mon, May 12, 2008 - 8:03 AMThey're filming the audience for the same reason we film the audiences at awards shows and the like here. There are other dancers out there who are big names there, and they're filming them hobnobbing with each other. -

Mon, May 12, 2008 - 8:01 AMIt's Randa Kamal from what I've seen posted of it before, and the other garish women are other bellydancers. Someone who knows more about them could post who's at what time signature, but I recognized at least one dancer from the Bellydancers of Cairo video. As for the lack of a waist, I've noticed many of the dancers over there don't seem to have much of a waist, and those who have thickened thicken in an apple shape. -
